We’re sorry, Austin. Spending $160 on a Rockulus that can’t spin a 5mm ball, then being passed between the smoke shop and the artist without a response, is understandably frustrating. Since you purchased it from Planet Caravan, you shouldn’t have been left without support. Please send us your order number and a short video showing the issue so we can review the fit and airflow directly.
