Happy with my purchase it looks great and functions flawlessly
Thank you, James! 🙌 We’re so glad the joystick looks fantastic in your setup and is working flawlessly for you. It’s always a win when an accessory delivers on both looks and function. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we hope you keep enjoying it! ✨🔥
Carbon hole is too big and too much air is sucked so the hits lack smoke . Installed the original joystick that came with puffco rig and works great can I get an exchange

I'm a little bummed but my order was wrong. The color of the thing I ordered was wrong and I'm not going to waste my time and send it back. And keep going back and forth. Shipping was good. It's just not the color I ordered. But looks like that's what I get. This left a bad taste in my mouth thanks.
Richard, we’re truly sorry we sent the wrong color. We understand why you’re frustrated, especially when you chose not to spend more time dealing with a return. Please reach out to our support team with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We’d appreciate the chance to make this right without putting you through unnecessary back-and-forth.
Nice piece but took two rips with it and it just lacks the air flow went back to stock 🙄 rip
Hi William, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the product didn't meet your expectations. Your comments about airflow are noted, and we appreciate your input. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like assistance or alternatives. Best regards, Planet Caravan
