It’s definitely not what I expected, I got a hemper alien topper for my peak pro & a pack of reclaim catchers… the way it’s described I felt I would’ve gotten a few items. not to mention the price at which those toppers are going for right now (below 70 I believe?) so for 99$ I cant really say it felt worth it for me personally. Nonetheless the rest of my order came in perfect shape & shipped quickly.
Caden, we’re sorry the box didn’t deliver the variety or value you expected for $99. Items can sometimes go on sale after we’ve selected them for a box, so current sale prices may differ from their prices when the box was put together. That said, we hear your concern about the description leading you to expect more items. Please reach out with your order number so our team can review the contents with you. We’re glad the rest of your order arrived quickly and in perfect shape, and appreciate you explaining where this one fell short.
This was my first order with you all and I’m very pleased to say the least.
Surf city dry top is the first dry top I have used and it’s incredible.
The Dark matter RBR mini is a fantastic piece as well.
Can’t recommend you all enough will definitely order again!
Derrick, what a way to kick off your first order! Glad both the Surf City dry top and Dark Matter RBR mini have been hits, especially for your first experience with a dry top. Your recommendation means a lot, and we’d love to have you back!
Got the small mystery box and totally got items worth it! Will buy a bigger box next time!!
Thanks, Nicole! So glad your small mystery box felt well worth it! We love hearing you’re already thinking about a bigger one next time. Appreciate you giving us a chance to surprise you!
Bought the small mystery box and got an opal top for my peak and peak pro! Thanks! I’ll be purchasing the bigger mystery box next time!
Hey Logan, that's awesome — an opal top is a great pull! 🙌 So glad you're happy with it. We'd love to see you back for the bigger box next time. Thanks for the love!

The mystery box was clearly picked out because of the joystick cap I had ordered and matched well so overall I am happy with what I got, but it was not really what I was expecting for a mystery box I expected some variety even at the small level for there to maybe be smaller things like a pair of terp pearls or some glob mobs as well not just one singular item. The top I got was $5 more then what I spent on the so I did get my value, will probably order a bigger one in future see if this is different for those.
Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback! We're really glad the joystick cap was a great match and that you felt you got your value — that's always the goal! We totally hear you on wanting more variety, and that's super helpful to know. The larger mystery boxes do tend to have a wider mix of items, so we think you'll have a more exciting unboxing experience next time. We can't wait for you to try one — thanks again for the support! 🙏
loved the first mystery box so much i got a second one and it did not disappoint at all
loved the first mystery box so much i decided to get a second one and it did not disappoint. and i just noticed they added a xxxl option recently which i’m planning on buying soon
I love both my new tops and joystick!
It came with an amazing dry top couldn’t have asked for a better one and they even gave a sickkkkk matching spinner top 🔥
Jordan, that’s what we love to hear! We’re stoked you scored an amazing dry top and a matching spinner top to complete the setup. Enjoy it, and thanks for the love! 🔥
I tracked it for a while now. Says it’s in my city just hasn’t left mail ppl or sum It snowed. (That’s not common out here) it’s sat there for a week now.
But I bet it’s awesome whatever I got. Turned mystery box into a super mystery😂
Nate, we’re sorry the package has been stuck in your city for a week, especially after you’d already been tracking it. Snow can certainly slow the carrier down, but we know that doesn’t make the wait any less frustrating. Please contact our support team with your order number so we can check the tracking with you and help if it doesn’t start moving soon. We hope the mystery box is worth the extra suspense when it arrives.
Happy to order for sure will order again loved the mystery box happy with everything that was sent for me I tried for the rbr but stock was out

Got the Large box... just the attachment and joystick alone was worth $90. Super stoked with everything that came inside and is a really well thought out box to get a perfect upgrade for your Peak Pro
you guys hid my last review, Extremely Disappointed, it’s almost like I was given clearance items that didnt sell or overstock….. I know it’s random but I was expecting a bit of color or variation. I got neither you guys gave me the cheapest joystick you offer it was just a regular clear one, then the dry topper you guys gave me was the cheap clear not only that but the glass opal marble on the dry topper is full of air bubbles and air pockets so you can’t even see the opal in the marble because it’s air bubbles it seems like there isn’t any quality control going on. I feel like after paying premium shipping and spending over $100 not to mention this was my first order ever with you guys It is common knowledge a mystery box should have items with high variability as oppressed to clearance items. I honestly could have gone on your website sorted the items by price low to high, bought a colored topper or a litteraly any color along with a functional colorful intricate joystick for the exact same price if not cheaper so as a customer i do feel genuinely ripped off and I am shocked at how you treat your customers vs how you pretend to threat them online on your socials.
Evan, we’re sorry your first order left you feeling misled and disappointed. We understand why receiving a clear joystick and clear dry topper, especially with visible air bubbles in the opal marble, didn’t feel like the color, variety, or quality you expected from a mystery box. Even when the contents are random, the box should still feel worthwhile and not like leftover or clearance stock.
We’re also sorry you feel your earlier feedback wasn’t heard. We can’t address the status of another review in a public reply, but please reach out with your order details and photos of the topper so our team can review the contents and quality concern directly.
Such a great value for how much was sent, absolutely love the pears and top. The quality on the glass dry top and water top and top notch and i couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will definitely be buying some more swag in no time
I’m still waiting for my shipment to be delivered:)
Valencia, we’re sorry you’re still waiting for your shipment. Please reach out to our support team with your order number so we can check the tracking and help with next steps.
