The mystery box was clearly picked out because of the joystick cap I had ordered and matched well so overall I am happy with what I got, but it was not really what I was expecting for a mystery box I expected some variety even at the small level for there to maybe be smaller things like a pair of terp pearls or some glob mobs as well not just one singular item. The top I got was $5 more then what I spent on the so I did get my value, will probably order a bigger one in future see if this is different for those.

I tracked it for a while now. Says it’s in my city just hasn’t left mail ppl or sum It snowed. (That’s not common out here) it’s sat there for a week now.

you guys hid my last review, Extremely Disappointed, it’s almost like I was given clearance items that didnt sell or overstock….. I know it’s random but I was expecting a bit of color or variation. I got neither you guys gave me the cheapest joystick you offer it was just a regular clear one, then the dry topper you guys gave me was the cheap clear not only that but the glass opal marble on the dry topper is full of air bubbles and air pockets so you can’t even see the opal in the marble because it’s air bubbles it seems like there isn’t any quality control going on. I feel like after paying premium shipping and spending over $100 not to mention this was my first order ever with you guys It is common knowledge a mystery box should have items with high variability as oppressed to clearance items. I honestly could have gone on your website sorted the items by price low to high, bought a colored topper or a litteraly any color along with a functional colorful intricate joystick for the exact same price if not cheaper so as a customer i do feel genuinely ripped off and I am shocked at how you treat your customers vs how you pretend to threat them online on your socials.

We understand why receiving a clear joystick and clear dry topper, especially with visible air bubbles in the opal marble, didn’t feel like the color, variety, or quality you expected from a mystery box. Even when the contents are random, the box should still feel worthwhile and not like leftover or clearance stock.

Such a great value for how much was sent, absolutely love the pears and top. The quality on the glass dry top and water top and top notch and i couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will definitely be buying some more swag in no time
