I needed to type out a review on the Puffco peak pro3DXL. Please let me save you the read and DONT buy one. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone. First the entry point on the device is over $400 for a product that NEVER really worked well CONSISTENTLY. That last word is my main gripe. The thing is NEVER consistent. It will give you the low battery warning JUST after it gives you the two buzz your ready to rip. Why even warm up??? So many wasted sessions I wont even get into. If its your last few dabs NEVER reach for this thing it WILL ruin your day and waste the last of your medicine. Oh and when you want to speak up??? They made me take a video of me using it for "warranty" the made me be without my device to administer medicine for a MONTH while they "fixed it" they send me someone else's problems the base they sent worked a few times then started to complain the atomizer wasn't connected. So now I gonna have to make another video wait for weeks for another piece of garbage that wastes your medicine. Their "new" device already wasted 3 sessions and now totally doesn't work a $400 brick that I have to either send in again or buy a new atomizer. I told them I totally bought into their eco system as a customer own a proxy, a pivot, multiple chamber for them for reward for loyalty. I bought a atomizer from a local shop and they sold me one for a older non compatible model. When I brought this to the attention of the company they INSISTED it was their policy since I didn't buy it from them. If you haven't noticed their stuff is locked down everywhere prices too but they would offer NO help directly I never asked for money just a product that worked since they decided to change their stuff. Its just a bad company all the way around. They offer little to no help regardless if you've spent THOUSANDS with their company in electronic gadgets that DONT WORK!. do a little research and you'll see there was a class action against them. I wish I knew what I did now. Please don't take my word for it look up just HOW much trouble with their products. Please if I can prevent just a few people I'll be happy. They nailed my pocket book don't buy into their hype, its over priced garbage. They are ONLY good at MARKETING not design and engineering I'm afraid a stoned teen with a chrome book would design a more reliable device than they have. If the platform allows it I will attach their correspondence with their complete lack of care or empathy for their patrons!!

Its a complete difference from the OG Peak I've been using for to many years!
I do have to put it on a higher setting to get the same hit quality I get from the OG Peak on blue, But I've grown to like the green on the Pro Peak!
