The chamber came the very next day and it actually seemed better than the one I got with my peak v2. I think my original was busted from the start though since it died after 3 days of use, but anyway I LOVE Planet Caravan and I will never order my glass or accessories from any other smoke shop online again!! Thank you all!

Brenden, we’re sorry your Peak V2 atomizer arrived with a crack in the ceramic bowl. Please do not use it. For a Puffco warranty or manufacturing issue, contact Puffco directly with your proof of purchase and photos of the damage so they can review it.
Works great, as they are oem replacements. I bought two to get the free shipping and to have an extra on hand, but was slightly disappointed that Planet Caravan would not entertain my offer of $100 for the two - a $20 discount. Nonetheless, they do work fine and shipping took about a week. I gave 5 stars for the product, not the service. Thanks

its been smooth and clean
Bought a new one and sent me one with a replaced ceramic piece, but with residue still in the metal. Absolutely ridiculous, I paid $60 for this.
Sorry you received the Puffco piece in that condition, Robert. A product sold as new shouldn’t arrive with signs of a replaced ceramic component or residue in the metal, especially at that price. Since this concerns the Puffco device itself, please reach out to Puffco Support directly for warranty assistance and resolution.

The replacement has worked amazing. I couldn’t find this part anywhere else but Planet Caravan. Thank you PC for having this part in stock and for fast shipping and the decals that came with it. I’m also thinking about ordering one more of the replacements just to keep on hand. The Puffco Peak V2 Replacement 3D Chamber are not easy to find.
