I'd really love to give this product a good review, but something results in broken glass arriving at your door. I have ordered this device twice, shipped to two separate states, and both times the shaft breaks off the top. Planet Caravan was wonderful and responsive with my first replacement, but for whatever reason, they have not responded to my newest broken arrival announcement email with pics. I hope they can resolve whatever causes these issues so others can order with confidence. The replacement arrived in better packaging and is a great product. Again, just need to get them to arrive intact.
We’re truly sorry, Broken Hearted. Having the bong arrive broken twice, especially after you sent photos and waited a week without a response, is incredibly frustrating. We’re glad the first replacement experience was helpful and that the improved packaging arrived intact, but you shouldn’t have had to chase us for support this time. Please resend your latest order number and photos through our support channel so we can locate the case and follow up properly. We’re also taking the repeated shaft breakage seriously.
On days we’re Im to tired to roll one I now reach for this guy. I love the design and function not to mention the price. Great value as always from the my one-stop-Shop🚀
It's straight. It's fab. It jams. Solid little rig for such a cheap price. Thanks Joe!
I still have yet to receive my order i contacted you guys through Instagram and I was told that usps is having backups and that whoever I spoke to is guessing its due to the holidays. Honestly this has killed the whole experience with you guys. I understand my order was close to the holidays but it was placed more than a week in advance and I know you guys are big on how fast you ship but again I still have yet to receive anything and its been a while now.
Anthony, we’re sorry your order still hadn’t arrived after being placed more than a week before the holidays. We understand why that made the whole experience disappointing, especially after hearing us emphasize fast shipping. We should have been able to give you clearer, more useful information than speculation about a carrier backup. Please reach out with your order number so we can review the shipment details and help with the next step.
