I ordered a 4 inch down-stem and got a 3 instead. So after waiting 12 day for it to get here, after being promised only 4 days of shipping, I got the wrong size! I email yall to let you know so I can return and get my proper item. its been 4 days sense I sent that email to yall and no response!

If you go to the shop in person, you get more length options. I copped a 4.5" in downstem for my beaker, and the function is amazing. Highly recommend this smoke shop for elevating your beaker!
