Do orders ship discreetly? Yes — all orders ship in either branded USPS Priority Mail boxes or plain brown cardboard boxes. No product names or branding visible on the outside.

What is your return policy? We want you to love what you ordered. While all sales are final, we're committed to making sure you're confident before you buy. If something arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered. Contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Have questions about a product? Reach out before placing your order — we'll send photos, videos, and honest answers so you can shop with peace of mind.

Why was my card declined? Double-check that your billing address — street number, street name, and zip code — matches exactly what's on file with your card issuer. Note that some international cards are not compatible with our payment processor for security reasons.

When will my order arrive? We ship orders same day or placement we are known for our fast shipping! Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic (US) Orders

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
  • Delays may occur due to customs processing — this is outside our control but we'll do our best to help if issues arise
  • Please note that some international cards may not be accepted at checkout

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to monitor your package in real time. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, feel free to reach out and we'll look into it.

Haven't received your order? If your package hasn't arrived on time contact us immediately at (513) 444-7448 and we'll help! Our job doesn't stop until your order is received.

    I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll verify your order and make sure your contact info is correct.
