Do orders ship discreetly?

All of our packages are shipped in branded USPS priority mail boxes or blain brown cardboard boxes.

What is the return policy?

All sales are final. We do not allow returns on any items. If you’re unsure that your item will work for you please message us on Instagram or email us. We will be happy to send photos, videos, and answer any questions you may have before purchasing.

My item was damaged in shipping. What should I do?

Things happen and at Planet Caravan we always want to make sure you are happy with your order. If an item arrives broken/faulty/damaged please contact us within 48 hours via email at planetcaravanwebsite@gmail.com. 


Please include the following information:

1. A photo/video of the broken product

2. A photo of the box your order arrived in

3. Your order # 


Why was my card declined?

Check your credit card statement and make sure you enter the street number, street name and zip code exactly as they appear on your statement when entering your billing details. For security purposes certain types of international cards do not work with our system.

When will I receive my order?

Domestic orders arrive between 2-5 business days depending on the size and weight of your package. Larger packages occasionally take longer. International orders take between 7-14 days. All packages are eligible for upgrading to Express shipping for an additional $50.  Please check your tracking number for more details about your shipping time. 

What service will my package ship with?

All packages are shipped through USPS or FedEx.  Domestic orders under 5 lbs will ship via USPS priority mail.  All international orders ship through FedEx International Economy®.  Any oversized orders ship through FedEx Ground. Please check your tracking number for more information. 

What should I do if I never received my order confirmation?

Contact us and we will confirm your order and contact information. 

What should I do if I never receive my order?

Please contact us immediately if you did not receive your package within 14 days of receiving your tracking information. 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If the order has not shipped then we will try our best to accommodate any changes you wish to make. We cannot always make those changes so please be patient when inquiring.

Where are you located?

Our online store runs out of our location on the University of Cincinnati’s campus at 2826 Jefferson Ave. We also have 4 other locations around southwestern Ohio. Check out our locations page to find the closest Planet Caravan to you.
