Shaggy Titz The restricted flow is better in my opinion, it gives Bigger Thicker clouds.
The joystick it comes with allows to much air flow and gives you thinner clouds.
P.S. This is all on the Puffco Peak V2 green light setting. I did get my glass Pearls to spin.
The reason I gave it a 4 stars out of 5 stars was because of the price little steep for what it does.
