Took a recommendation from Reddit to buy OTP from a smoke shop instead of directly because they’re 50/50 if you get a working one or not. Mine does not, even on an unused atomizer with clean 5mm pearl. Emailed but no response.
Starting to not like doing business with planet caravan. My cap showed up with a little bit of glass chipped off of the bottom of the tunnel.
This issue could have possibly been on OTP but to me as a customer I feel like I got the one they dropped on the floor 5 times.
