Very Underwhelming
I decided to make this purchase after seeing a review from another customer who ordered a size small box and included a photo of its contents. Based on what she received, it seemed like a great value. I chose to order a size medium, expecting either greater value or at least some variation in the items.
However, the box I received contained essentially the same items shown in that review, with only the addition of two plastic pivot holders and a few very small terp beads. Given the price difference, I was underwhelmed and don’t feel that the contents justified the additional cost. Had I known this, I would have preferred to purchase specific items individually.
Since the website offers a wide range of great products, I believe my money could have been better spent selecting items directly. While I understand the nature of mystery boxes, I would suggest reevaluating the contents or better differentiating between sizes to align with customer expectations.
I do enjoy the items I received, but I was definitely disappointed overall. Please see photos for reference. I just want anyone else considering this purchase to have enough information to make an informed decision.
Michelle, thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review and include photos. We’re glad you enjoy the items, but we understand why the medium box felt underwhelming when it closely matched the smaller box and didn’t feel meaningfully different for the higher price. Mystery boxes should still make the value and size differences clear, and your feedback is fair. We’ll share it with our team as we review how these boxes are built and presented.

Hey Michelle, thank you for the detailed and constructive feedback — this is genuinely helpful. You make a fair point that the size tiers should feel meaningfully different in value, and if a medium felt too similar to a small that's something we want to address. We're glad you're enjoying the items but your expectation of better differentiation between sizes is completely reasonable. We'll take this into account as we curate future boxes, and if you ever want help picking specific items next time we're happy to point you in the right direction!
I got the 24.99 pivot mystery box, I love all the item I got. I got a cute purple with an opal dry topper for my pivot, 2 ruby pearls in to different sizes, and some glob mop cotton swabs. I honestly 100% recommend the mystery box for people like me that get overwhelmed with all the amazing selections planet caravan has to offer. Most definitely going to get the next size of the mystery box. Thank you again.
What a fun way to try new things! I had purchased a dry glass top in addition to my mystery box, and got a MJ arsenal plateau top with water and a 3d printed stand for my pivot. Both are welcome additions to my set up - that top rips!
Thank you for sharing — this genuinely made us smile! 😄 A mystery box that lands a MJ Arsenal Plateau top AND a 3D printed stand? That's a win! We love hearing when the box delivers something unexpected that actually elevates your setup.
And yes — that top absolutely rips! 🔥 Hope you're enjoying every session. Come back and see us soon!
All the items were lowest of the low on sale product not really worth it
Definitely not worth buying the small maybe the bigger one would be better but definitely not the small.NOT WORTH.
Would recommend! I bought the $25 box and it was what I was expecting plus more! Received nearly $40 in accessories for my pivot. Looking foward to future orders
That's exactly what we aim for — more than you expected! 🙌🔥 Getting nearly $40 in accessories for $25 is a win, and we're so glad it hit the mark for your Pivot setup. We can't wait to hook you up again on your next order, Justin — stay tuned for more! 😄

Pivot Mystery Box
Mystery box was well worth the price and customer service is great !
I randomly picked up a mystery box for my pivot. I’m happy with. I think most of the time when you get a mystery box the more expensive boxes are probably a better deal than the cheaper boxes. I got a nice glass mouth piece from one trick pony and a travel size box of glob mops. Overall worth it but, I got a more expensive box for my peak pro and I think it was a better value. I would however buy another mystery box later. I’ve been considering adding a Proxy to my collection at the end of the year and if I do I’ll probably order it here and I’ll pick up a mystery box at the same time.
Thanks for the thoughtful review, Michael! We’re glad you were happy with your $50 Pivot mystery box, especially the One Trick Pony glass mouthpiece and travel-size Glob Mops. We appreciate the insight on value across the different box tiers, and we’d love to have you back if you add a Proxy to your collection later this year.
I never received my package

Definitely don’t skip out on the mystery boxes cause I got my moneys worth and then some, thanks everyone at Planet Caravan for making my box special for my birthday . 🫶🏾🫶🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Not much to the boxes kind of hoped to be more but understandable for the price range I'm really happy with what I got though!!!
