Honest opinion, really beautiful glass, awesome color, but functionality wise definitely not there too much airflow does not whip the pearls as intended a bit disappointed on that part..also when I opened it up looks a bit banged up if you ask me looks almost cracked on bottom and a bunch of nicks on the side when they were making the slits.
Hey Ivan, really sorry to hear this — beautiful glass that arrives looking banged up with nicks, possible cracking, and too much airflow to function properly is absolutely not acceptable. That sounds like a defective unit and you deserve better. Please reach out to us directly at 513.444.7448!
I purchased this product and received a defective tip. I’m truly disappointed and dissatisfied with this product. 4 Slits have been added by hand with a cutting tool cracking the glass and cutting through to the base. Why isn’t there a quality control team that checks these products before selling and sending them out to customers. This product supposed to be top quality with a price tag to match and I didn’t get a top quality product in fact it’s dangerous to use as is with the glass having cracks in it. also the broken pieces and sharp edges left behind. I hope this company can fix this concern.
Hey, we sincerely apologize — receiving a tip with hand-cut slits that cracked the glass and left sharp edges is a serious safety issue and absolutely should never have passed through to a customer. This is unacceptable at any price point, let alone on a premium product. Please reach out to us directly at 513.444.7448 and we'll see how we can make it better. Thank you for flagging this — we're taking it seriously.
