Perfect

Hello, I recently purchased the MJ Arsenal Sidecar Pivot Bubbler Attachment from your website, but unfortunately it is not working properly. I really like the shape, design, and quality of the glass, but it does not produce a usable hit. I have not been able to take even one hit from it since receiving it, despite trying it multiple times with my Puffco Pivot. The only demonstration video I could find does not show anyone actually inhaling vapor through the bubbler, so I cannot confirm that it functions correctly. I would appreciate your help with a replacement or refund because I have been unable to use the product at all. Thank you.

Hi Jesud, thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry the MJ Arsenal Sidecar Pivot Bubbler Attachment hasn’t produced a usable hit, especially after you’ve tried it multiple times. We’re glad you like the design and glass quality, but we understand that doesn’t help if the piece isn’t functioning properly.

Please reach out to our support team at 513.444.7448 with your order number so we can troubleshoot this with you and arrange the best resolution, whether that’s a replacement or a refund. We’ll also take a closer look at the demonstration and product guidance so customers can clearly see how the bubbler should function.
