Communication terrible texted multiple times and called
Finally sent email and am told if it was used it will effect refund when I explained I just ordered wrong item there is no way it could be used and asked if they had what I needed it was not addressed only the basic threat that if there product was used or damaged I would not get refund
no offer of free returns I had to pay 15$ to return a item that was simply wrong just as a consumer in this market free returns would be something to consider
